Orchestra's Conductor Competition

A new concept in orchestral conducting competitions, where members of the orchestra choose the winners. This concept aims to empower members of the orchestra by allowing them to discover and develop new talented leaders.

Each year the project travels to a different orchestra, giving conductors the opportunity to conduct different musicians and to be part of a different chemistry, which is always unique between a conductor and an ensemble.

The 3rd edition of Orchestra's Conductor Competition will take place in Oradea and will gather on the State Theatre stage conductors from all around the globe, cultural institutions’ managers and talented musicians.
